Menu Monday

As all of you know, I'm one heck of a baker, so I'm going to share with you one of my favorite recipes...of all times.  Now, for those (like me) who are on Weight Watchers, you may want to save up ALL of your points for a piece of this incredible yum!  What's not to like about butter, whole milk, sugar and a touch of chocolate...enjoy!

*** Bread Pudding ***
Tear          - 2 loaves of french bread
Melt          - 1 1/2 lbs BUTTER (6 sticks)
Soak          - bread and butter
Mix           - 1/2 gallon whole milk
              - 8 eggs
              - 3 cups sugar
              - 3 T. vanilla
Pour          - mixture over bread and butter
Bake          - 350 degrees for 45 minutes

* You can also add unsweetened chocolate, caramel, cherries etc.
** As you can tell, this will feed an army, so you can cut the recipe in half for a smaller army.
